Semi-Local Truck Driver
About the role
Semi-local CDL-A Dedicated Contract Services driver position with consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Pay
- $0.63–$0.68 per mile
- $26 per stop pay
- $22.50 per drop and hook pay
- $200 per day new hire training pay
- $20 per hour safety training pay
- $200 per day holiday pay
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $92,000. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance. Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.
Schedule
Frequent home time.

Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of trucking experience
