Become a Dedicated Contract Services driver and start enjoying consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer. This position offers an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $92,000. The role features frequent home time, majority no-touch freight, and onsite management.
Pay
- $0.68 per mile (CPM)
- Detention pay: $20.00 per hour
- Stop pay: $40.00 per stop
- Yard work: $20.00 per hour
- Off-account work: $325 - $335 per day
- Holiday pay: $200 per day
- Safety training pay: $20 per hour
- New hire training pay: $250 per day
This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance. Factors affecting annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type, and number of days worked each week.
