Selling Specialist - Sephora/Ulta: Nashville

About the Role

The Selling Specialist provides sales support and effective communication to relay all business needs in an assigned territory for the Fresh Sales and Education Executive.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (Sales per hour [SPH] and ROI) as determined by the executive, in assigned stores throughout the territory.
• Assist the Executive in executing in-store events to support Sephora/Ulta and Fresh initiatives, aiming for increased ROIs and average event sales.
• Establish and develop strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta Beauty Advisors (BAs), Store Leadership, District Managers (DMs), and employees.
• Support partnerships with Sephora/Ulta BAs and clients by providing service and addressing needs while in-store.
• Ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, endcaps, and towers are visually impeccable and aligned with Fresh merchandising standards; communicate any issues to the executive.
• Maintain a regular call cycle to stores and manage schedule and travel (when applicable).
• Submit hours weekly after shifts are completed.
• Communicate daily sales, out-of-stock (OOS) issues, and merchandising challenges with the executive in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required.
• Weekend availability (Thursday–Sunday) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a Sephora/Ulta environment preferred.
• Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand.
• Must have own means of transportation to travel within the given territory.
• Flexible hours to meet job objectives.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $25.00 – $30.00 USD per hour.

Schedule

Availability: Wednesday–Sunday. This role is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
