We're Genz Ryan, a legendary, family-run home service company founded in 1950. We're looking for a Selling Journeyman Residential Plumber who can build value, educate homeowners, close work the right way, and drive our success.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Run service calls start to finish like a pro
• Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
• Deliver 5-star experiences that drive repeat business and reviews
• Drive a company van servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville
• Step up to mentor newer techs when needed

Requirements

• MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong residential service background
• Confidence selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Willingness to handle service, installs, and branch-line drain work
• Professional, customer-first mindset
