About the role

Known for creating the Neiman Marcus magic through exceptional customer experiences, awards, fantasy gifts, seasonal campaigns, and “Retail‑tainment” initiatives. Part of Saks Global’s portfolio, serving customers across 36 stores, digital channels, and remote selling. The Selling Advisor role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer‑centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently for remote versus in‑person clients.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, using omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Commission sales experience.
• Flexible work schedule.

Skills

• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.

Pay

Salary range: $13.00 – $18.00 per hour. Actual starting pay depends on work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
