About the role
You will be a Selling Advisor at Neiman Marcus, cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. This onsite role reports to the Sales Manager and serves clients both in-store and digitally using the latest technology.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing
- Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person
- Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage
- Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration
Requirements
- Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Commission sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalency required

Pay
Salary range: $10.00 – $25.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Compensation varies by geographic location; actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
