About the Role
As a Selling Advisor, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. You will service clients who visit our store and engage digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. This role is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobing
- Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person
- Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, leveraging omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
- Strategize your own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage
- Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration
Requirements
- Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Experienced with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
- Commission sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
