Responsibilities

  • Walk the property every day to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
  • Help customers who show up to the store by renting a unit, taking a payment, and getting a review when you make the customer’s day.
  • Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
  • Keep the place clean, including hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
  • Respond to admin tasks and help improve property performance.
  • Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they're working.
  • Take care of the place and the customers.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications

  • You can show up and do the work.
  • You don’t need to be a maintenance expert. We’ll teach you.
  • You don’t need a college degree.
  • You don’t need a résumé full of titles.

Skills

  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
