We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Us", "Why Work with Us?", "What We Offer", "More Than Just Tapes...", "We Ask for the Best...", "Summary Of Position", "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.", "Job Requirements", "PHYSICAL DEMANDS", "WORK ENVIRONMENT", benefits list. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to these headings where appropriate. Not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate (EEO etc). Remove duplicated lines. Keep substantive info. We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from Summary Of Position), Responsibilities (Essential Duties), Requirements/Qualifications (Job Requirements), Benefits (benefits list), maybe Skills (could be from requirements). Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties, responsibilities, requirements, benefits exactly as given, but we can format as lists. We need to avoid duplication: The "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" list repeats many items also in "Job Requirements". We should combine? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we combine, we might lose some nuance but we could keep both sections but avoid duplicate lines? The duplicate lines appear identical; we could deduplicate but that might be considered summarizing away detail? Might be okay to keep both but they'd be duplicate content. Probably better to keep one Responsibilities section with the duties list, and a Requirements section with the qualifications list (which overlaps but we can keep as is). The duplicate lines are essentially same; we could keep them in both sections but that repeats info. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; repeating is okay as long as we don't lose info. Duplicate lines are not harmful. However they said "Remove duplicated lines". So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to deduplicate identical lines between duties and requirements. Let's extract duties list from "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned." Then a long paragraph with many sentences separated by periods. We need to turn each duty into a list item. Similarly "Job Requirements" list repeats many of those same items. We'll need to deduplicate. Let's parse duties: From text: "Able to use and read work order selection and product movement computer programs." "Able to operate a motorized pallet jack." "Must be able to demonstrate the basic requirements for safely operating powered industrial equipment." "Work requires effective math and counting skills." "Must demonstrate a professional attitude toward work and co-workers." "Must be punctual and dependable. (Arriving to work, showing for overtime, managing break times, etc.)" "High School or GED equivalent preferred." Then later duties list includes many more: "Pick, sort, and segregate material from inbound containers and/or warehouse racks and storage locations." "Perform some basic Value-Added Service tasks to customer orders." "Follow and understand all safety expectations designated in the Logistics Center." "Maintain the condition of the Logistics Center in accordance with the Supply Chain Excellence Audit standards." "Cultivate Shurtape Technologies culture and values by promoting communication, teamwork and respectful treatment of all individuals." "Safely operate a motorized pallet jack including performing pre-shift inspections, lock out / tag out procedures and follow all safety rules." "Utilize a warehouse management picking program that includes following basic radio frequency device commands." "Assemble orders including performing some basic Value-Added Services as directed by Team Lead/Supervisor (ex. using slip sheets, labeling, applying placards, transferring to specialty pallets, and assembling special configurations, applying UCC128 labels and packing lists.)" "Follow proper picking procedures (scanning, stacking level/auditable, minimizing damage, counting precisely, etc.)" "Adhere to radio frequency scanner and productivity procedures by always being logged into the appropriate computer programs." "Must be able to maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity standards." "Hand stack and/or unload product from containers/trailers onto pallets." "Segregate products based on reading receiving worksheets and understanding basic stacking configuration such as the number of cases per layer and the number of layers (cases) per pallet." "Maintain cleaning standards designated in the Logistics Center including removing bands, cardboard, excess shrink film, empty skids, damage, sweeping etc." "Perform additional tasks based on the needs of the business as directed by Team Lead or Supervisor." "Cycle count locations as directed by system or Supervisor." "Log into proper LM codes for the function being performed." Also earlier in Summary Of Position: "The Logistics Center Selector is required to safely, accurately, and efficiently pick and assemble products to fulfill customer orders based on demand. This position will handle some of the Value Added Services requested by our customers for orders. Additional responsibilities of a Selector may include unloading and assembling product from inbound containers to pallets." We need to include those as duties as well. Now Job Requirements list (duplicate): "Able to use and read work order selection and product movement computer programs." "Able to operate a motorized pallet jack." "Must be able to demonstrate the basic requirements for safely operating powered industrial equipment." "Work requires effective math and counting skills." "Must demonstrate a professional attitude toward work and co-workers." "Must be punctual and dependable. (Arriving to work, showing for overtime, managing break times, etc.)" "High School or GED equivalent preferred." Thus duties list includes those plus many more. So we can keep duties list as the full set (including those). For Requirements we could keep only the unique items not already in duties? But they are duplicates; we could either keep Requirements as a short list of the qualifications (maybe just the education preference). However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Responsibilities and Requirements into one section? But they want headings like Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include Responsibilities and Requirements (or Qualifications). Since duties and requirements overlap heavily, we could keep Responsibilities for the extensive duty list, and Requirements for the qualifications (education, etc.) but we need to avoid duplication. So we can list in Requirements only the items not already covered in Responsibilities: maybe just "High School or GED equivalent preferred." But also maybe "Must be able to demonstrate the basic requirements for safely operating powered industrial equipment." is already in duties (they have "Safely operate a motorized pallet jack including performing pre-shift inspections, lock out / tag out procedures and follow all safety rules." which is similar but not identical). Might be okay to keep both but risk duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate. Thus we need to produce a duties list that includes all unique duty statements. Then a requirements list that includes only those not already in duties. Let's compile unique duty statements from the text, ensuring we capture all. I'll list them: 1. Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick and assemble products to fulfill customer orders based on demand. 2. Handle some of the Value Added Services requested by customers for orders. 3. Additional responsibilities may include unloading and assembling product from inbound containers to pallets. 4. Pick, sort, and segregate material from inbound containers and/or warehouse racks and storage locations. 5. Perform some basic Value-Added Service tasks to customer orders. 6. Follow and understand all safety expectations designated in the Logistics Center. 7. Maintain the condition of the Logistics Center in accordance with the Supply Chain Excellence Audit standards. 8. Cultivate Shurtape Technologies culture and values by promoting communication, teamwork and respectful treatment of all individuals. 9. Safely operate a motorized pallet jack including performing pre-shift inspections, lock out / tag out procedures and follow all safety rules. 10. Utilize a warehouse management picking program that includes following basic radio frequency device commands. 11. Assemble orders including performing some basic Value-Added Services as directed by Team Lead/Supervisor (ex. using slip sheets, labeling, applying placards, transferring to specialty pallets, and assembling special configurations, applying UCC128 labels and packing lists.) 12. Follow proper picking procedures (scanning, stacking level/auditable, minimizing damage, counting precisely, etc.) 13. Adhere to radio frequency scanner and productivity procedures by always being logged into the appropriate computer programs. 14. Must be able to maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. 15. Hand stack and/or unload product from containers/trailers onto pallets. 16. Segregate products based on reading receiving worksheets and understanding basic stacking configuration such as the number of cases per layer and the number of layers (cases) per pallet. 17. Maintain cleaning standards designated in the Logistics Center including removing bands, cardboard, excess shrink film, empty skids, damage, sweeping etc. 18. Perform additional tasks based on the needs of the business as directed by Team Lead or Supervisor. 19. Cycle count locations as directed by system or Supervisor. 20. Log into proper LM codes for the function being performed. 21. Able to use and read work order selection and product movement computer programs. 22. Able to operate a motorized pallet jack. 23. Must be able to demonstrate the basic requirements for safely operating powered industrial equipment. 24. Work requires effective math and counting skills. 25. Must demonstrate a professional attitude toward work and co-workers. 26. Must be punctual and dependable. (Arriving to work, showing for overtime, managing break times, etc.) 27. High School or GED equivalent preferred. Now note that some of these are similar: #9 and #22 both about operating pallet jack; #9 includes pre-shift inspections etc. #22 is just operate. Could be considered duplicate but not identical. Might keep both? The instruction says remove duplicated lines; these are not exact duplicates but similar. Might be okay to keep both as they add detail. However we could merge #9 and #22 into one item that includes both. But that would be summarizing. Safer to keep both as they are distinct statements from the text. However #22 is also in the requirements list; we might drop it from requirements if we keep it in duties. Now requirements list: we need items not already in duties. The duties list already includes #21-#27 (the same as requirements). So after removing duplicates, requirements list may be empty. But we need to include a Requirements section only if there is real specific content. If all requirements are covered in duties, we could omit the Requirements section. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit Requirements if no unique content. But we still have "Qualifications" heading maybe we could use "Qualifications" for the education preference? But that's duplicate. Alternatively we could keep a Requirements section with the items that are more about qualifications (education, etc.) even if they appear also in duties; but that would be duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines, so we should not duplicate. Thus we will have sections: About the role (maybe from Summary Of Position? Actually we already used Summary as duties. Could have an About the role section with a brief paragraph describing the role (the summary). Then Responsibilities section with the duty list (maybe we can keep the summary as About the role). Then Benefits section with benefits list. Possibly Skills section? Not needed. Let's craft:
