Selection Services Technician
About the role
The Human Resources Division (HRSD) is seeking an Office Technician (Typing) to join the Selection Services Unit (SSU).
This is an exciting opportunity to support recruitment and exam services while serving as a first point of contact for applicants and customers.
In this role, you’ll provide a variety of clerical and administrative support that helps keep the hiring process moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Selection Services Unit.
- Support recruitment and exam services.
- Serve as a first point of contact for applicants and customers.
- Help maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
Requirements
The position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed as designated on the Class Specifications.
You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired.
Qualifications
All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position.
