About the Role
This role is based in the Belfast Area (SEHSCT) at UH, Home 3. It is a permanent position with a salary range of Band 4 (£27,485 - £30,162).
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care and treatment according to clinical guidelines.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification.
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- BSc Nursing or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
