About the role

The Pharmaceutical Segment Leader supports the commercial success of our medical businesses with a focus on driving revenue growth in the Pharma market. Key responsibilities include developing and executing value propositions, marketing and commercialization plans, and supporting cross-functional decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage global TAM and SAM of targeted sub-segments within the pharmaceutical segment.
  • Develop and execute annual global growth strategy, including revenue targets, growth rates, marketing plans, and key marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with Senior Director Corporate Strategy, Pharma Business to gather market insights and develop strategy.
  • Identify critical operational capabilities, licenses, and certifications needed for pharmaceutical requirements.
  • Lead and oversee Pharma sales training.
  • Create and maintain marketing content, traditional/digital collateral, advertising campaigns, and sales tools.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets for projects.
  • Represent Sterigenics at external events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations and thought leaders.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide prompt support to the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Relevant product management, marketing, engineering, operations, or sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with business case development and market research.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturers' supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency for strategic plans and revenue goals.
  • Experience with digital and media management.
  • Global experience preferred.
  • Project leadership and critical thinking skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience with non-sales channel marketing.

Pay & Benefits

Salary Range: $100,500 to $173,500 per year; depending on experience.
