We are seeking a Volunteer Zendesk Implementation Expert. The role is for those with professional Zendesk knowledge and does not require development or integration skills. The role duration is 3-5 hours per week for 3-4 months.

Background

Disaster Accountability Project was founded after Hurricane Katrina to improve effectiveness in disaster relief and humanitarian aid. SmartResponse is a platform that curates localized "how to help" lists to assist donors in supporting local nonprofits after disasters in the U.S. and globally. Over 900 organizations have self-registered on the platform from over 72 countries and 30 U.S. states and territories. Our global volunteer team of developers works remotely, dedicating 5-10 hours per week (or more) on evenings and weekends.
