Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Full Stack Developer. The volunteer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to mentor and guide young people in their journey to becoming tech-savvy innovators.
Qualifications
- Front-End Development skills including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficient in writing codes in react.js and Node.js
- Back-End Web Development skills including familiarity with server-side languages and databases
- Expertise in Software Development and Full-Stack Development
- Passion for mentoring and guiding young individuals in their tech journey
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in an educational setting or non-profit organization is a plus
