About the role

Middlesex Recovery is an addiction treatment program dedicated to providing medically supervised services for adults across various modalities and settings. As the largest specialty organization addressing the opioid crisis, we aim to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Offer support and assistance to patients enrolled in Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid use disorder.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach to help patients develop individualized coping techniques and symptom management skills.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient progress and develop an individualized plan of care.
• Provide individual and group counseling services; conduct assessments and evaluations; establish individualized treatment plans; respond to patient grievances and complaints; and develop aftercare and discharge plans.

Qualifications

• Must be an MLADC, LADC, Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check required.
• Positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude towards our patient population.
• Ability to collaborate with a compassionate and knowledgeable counseling team.
