About the role

Our care teams operate with a 3:1 staff‑to‑physician ratio, providing wrap‑around services that address the whole patient—including medical, dental, behavioral health, housing support, food security, and resource navigation. Providers enjoy a healthy work‑life balance with no call schedule, no productivity minimums, and flexible hours.

The Yakima Valley Practice is located in Washington’s agricultural heartland, offering a vibrant community with outdoor recreation, award‑winning wineries, and a diverse patient population that includes migrant farm workers, public‑housing residents, and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Requirements

• MD or DO, licensed to practice in Washington State
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine
• Focus on adult medicine within family practice

Pay

• Base salary: $270,000
• Recruitment bonus and relocation assistance
• $500 per month productivity bonus
• $200 professional fees allowance
• $2,000 continuing education allowance
• $1,000 “perfect attendance” bonus
