About the role
Family Medicine Physician role focused on outpatient primary care, patient relationships, and clinical excellence within a collaborative team‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 18‑20 patients daily in a collaborative, team‑based environment supported by APPs and clinical staff.
- Handle minimal phone‑only call, with optional neonatal call, supported by nurse triage.
- Focus on outpatient care, patient management, and collaborative clinical support, with opportunities for additional neonatal call if desired.
- Contribute to a community‑focused, physician‑led organization that values work‑life balance and quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Family Medicine; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Ability to sponsor H1b visas is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Pay
- $325K base salary plus production incentives.
