Family Medicine Physician

About the role

Location: Waverly, TN. Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Three Rivers Primary Care. This position is located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) and/or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/P). Join an established team of 2 APPs with a 1:3 call structure in an outpatient clinic setting that includes an inpatient call rotation. You will be employed within a nonprofit health system, focusing entirely on patient care with comprehensive malpractice insurance including full tail coverage.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.
