About the role

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking BC/BE Epilepsy and/or Neuromuscular specialists to join well-established, growing Neurology practices in Louisville or Paducah, Kentucky. Baptist Health Medical Group is also seeking physicians interested in general neurology practice as well as neurologists trained in specialized disorders, including but not limited to intensive telestroke services (day or night shift options), neurophysiology (focus in EMG), movement disorders, multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and headache.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Conduct clinical research and contribute to academic publications
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Collaborate with other specialists in the field

Requirements

• Board Certification in Neurology
• BC/BE in Epilepsy and/or Neuromuscular specialties preferred
• Experience in relevant subspecialties is a plus

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current license to practice medicine in Kentucky
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
