Clark Personnel is seeking a Patient Coordinator & Medical Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule new patient appointments
- Assist with patient intake, vitals, and basic clinical support as needed
- Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and medical history
- Maintain accurate patient information within the electronic medical record system
- Obtain and organize medical records from referring providers
- Communicate with patients, physicians, and staff regarding appointments and documentation
Requirements
- 2 years of previous medical office or clinical experience
- Medical Assistant experience or certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude
Pay
$17/hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
