Responsibilities

• Provide critical support for meeting vulnerability SLAs in the combined TEC and TPC environments
• Use a combination of Tanium and manual remediation tools to achieve this goal
• Work alongside the ITSS field services team

Requirements

• IT Desktop

• Powershell
• Communication (written and verbal)
• IT troubleshooting skills
• ITIL certification preferred

Skills

• AI Usage: The position leverages CoPilot Web for M365 collaboration and supporting Optum integration
• Post integration, CoPilot will be utilized to provide IT support assistance using self-service bots, chats, troubleshooting, knowledge, and ticket management
