Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all resort facilities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with daily operations and event coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
