Security Technician
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systems
- Navigate and utilize online service and support programs
- Cook up tools, materials, and resources to complete work on time and within budget
- Maintain strong customer relations through daily communication and on-site coordination
- Serve as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications
- Perform inspections and service tasks as required
- Complete all additional duties assigned by the Operations organization
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have experience with Honeywell Pro-Watch
- Minimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems
- Strong experience with Prowatch is required
- Strong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Preferred Experience
- Experience with the following manufacturers is highly desirable: Honeywell Pro-Watch, Axis Communications, ExacqVision
