Security Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Program Specialist

About the role

Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Security Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Program Specialist in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA). Our talented team is at the forefront in Security Engineering, Computer Network Operations (CNO), Mission Software, Analytical Methods and Modeling, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), and Cryptographic Key Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain TSCM programs and capabilities.
• Conduct physical and technical assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation.
• Perform Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) inspections and TEMPEST surveys.
• Conduct acoustic testing to determine ICD 705 waiver requirements.
• Research and develop policy and instruction at the agency and ICD level.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12 – 15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 – 13 years of relevant experience, with the final level determined based on the skills, education
