Security Team Leader

Work Model: On‑Site. Location: Green Bay, WI, USA. Shift: Third shift.

About the role

Schneider is seeking a Security Team Leader in Green Bay to lead a team of security associates. The Security Team Leader will also solve security‑related issues, lead Schneider’s emergency response plans and work with other leaders to develop and adhere to budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security associates and ensure adequate shift coverage and proper staffing.
• Manage the enterprise company car program and establish car usage policies.
• Respond to emergency security issues and provide updates to other business leaders.
• Update organization‑wide emergency response and recovery plans.
• Maintain incident and investigation records.
• Establish crisis policies and procedures.
• Create and follow annual budgets.
• Coordinate timelines and responsibilities for security‑related projects.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2‑4 years of previous security or customer service experience.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to remain calm in high pressure situations.
