About the Role
The Security Site Supervisor oversees daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, visitors, property, and assets. This position provides leadership and direction to security officers, monitors post performance, enforces site policies and procedures, and serves as the primary point of contact between the security team, client representatives, and management.
The Security Site Supervisor conducts regular site inspections, ensures proper staffing and post coverage, reviews incident reports, responds to security concerns and emergencies, and provides guidance and training to security personnel. The role requires maintaining a professional presence, demonstrating sound judgment, communicating effectively, and ensuring all security operations comply with company standards, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate is a dependable and proactive leader who can effectively manage personnel, resolve issues, maintain accurate documentation, and respond calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities

Security Officers protect the industrial or commercial property of clients against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Clients include Class-A office buildings, luxury residential properties, distilleries, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, telecommunications, manufacturing/industrial factories, hospitals, and others.
Requirements
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of 25 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service (preferred but not required).
- Security Officer License (where applicable).
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred).
Skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergency situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using security systems, cameras, and basic office technology (e.g., email, Microsoft Office).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long periods.
Posts requiring operation of a company vehicle will only be permitted for those over the age of 25 with a screened motor vehicle record. (Accidents and violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.)

Pay
Pay Rate: $19 USD per hour.
