Security Supervisor - Daily pay

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer Supervisor to lead a team in Winston-Salem, NC. This role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients and team members.

About the role

As a Supervisor, you will lead by example, bringing ideas and solutions to clients while engaging and inspiring your team. This is a full-time position with a focus on customer service, security operations, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write detailed incident reports
• Communicate security concerns and ensure the safety of individuals and property
• Schedule staff to ensure all posts remain covered
• Communicate regularly with your manager

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process, including background check and drug screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State security license if required (STATE LICENSE NUMBER IS REQUIRED: 1978-GP)

Pay

$19.00/hour

Schedule

Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday, 06:30 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours per week)
