About the Role
The Security Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety and security of the resort. This team member will conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are safe and secure, respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports and supervise the security team. The Security Supervisor ensures compliance with OSHA standards and promotes safe work practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of security experience, preferably in a resort, hospitality, or customer service environment
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, incident investigations, and safety regulations
- Ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of Security Officers while maintaining high performance standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed incident and investigation reports
- Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm during emergencies
Pay and Schedule
The position pay $26.50 per hour.
