About the role
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Security Supervisor to join their team at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver. The ideal candidate will be engaging, safety-focused, and customer-oriented, with a proven track record in leadership, customer service, and security.
Responsibilities
- Carry out safety policies and procedures of the property and Pyramid Global Hospitality, maintaining a professional and courteous atmosphere.
- Hire and train Security team to uphold the highest standards of safety.
- Reduce crime opportunities through preventive patrols and visible security presence.
- Promote and preserve peace on the premises to ensure a comfortable and non-threatening environment.
- Aid or seek assistance for individuals in danger or needing medical attention.
- Respond to emergencies as outlined in the Emergency Service Procedures.
- Affirm the security of guest and employee information in all forms of documentation.
- Complete daily activity and incident reports.
- Aid in the development and presentation of security-related programs.
- Review and edit written records produced by Security Officers.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll approval as needed.
- Aid in overnight coverage as needed, with a $1/hr differential for overnight shifts.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid drivers license in good standing.
- One year of leadership experience preferred.
- Prior hospitality experience preferred.
- Two years of customer service experience preferred.
- Two years of Security or Police experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- A degree in a safety, security, or hospitality-related field preferred.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- First Aid/CPR certification, preferred with instructor rating.
- High-quality written and oral communication skills.
Qualifications

Pay
$22 - $23 per hour.
