Security Supervisor

Summary

As a Security Supervisor, you serve as a key leader in maintaining the safety and integrity of our property, guests, and team members. You are responsible for implementing approved security procedures while leading, training, scheduling, and evaluating your team of Security Officers. Your leadership ensures that daily operations run smoothly and that all safety protocols are consistently enforced. By supervising and coordinating activities on your assigned shift, you uphold the highest standards of protection, professionalism, and guest service-helping to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for everyone on property.

About the Role

You will lead a team of Security Officers in ensuring the safety and security of our property, guests, and team members. This includes implementing and enforcing security procedures, providing guidance and support to team members, and managing the day-to-day operations of the security department.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related field
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of security policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
