Security Supervisor

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Security Supervisor. What matters most in this role is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and physical ability are essential, as you will be moving and patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, and detention centers throughout your shift.

About the role

Site Location: Cambridge, MA

• Previous supervisory experience in security required
• Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) experience required
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• State security license, if required

Schedule

• Thursday to Saturday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Monday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $27.00. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.
