Chapa-De is a non-profit community outpatient health center with a mission to advance the health and well-being of American Indians and low income individuals living in our communities by providing convenient access to high quality, compassionate care. Clinics located in Auburn, CA and Grass Valley, CA.
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily workflows, schedules, and assignments for Chapa-De security staff and vendors
- Monitors staff performance, sets development goals, and provides feedback to direct team members
- Responds swiftly to incidents, including deescalating conflicts and ensuring safety procedures are being followed
Requirements
- Five years of related security experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Current Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
