Security Supervisor

About the Role
Responsible for the overall security and residential safety needs of the community. Leads Security associates by assigning tasks, monitoring day-to-day activities, and assisting the Resident Services Manager with performance management, including end-of-year evaluations and disciplinary processes. Oversees scheduling to ensure coverage, maintains familiarity with telephone systems, Arial, camera control, and access control computers. Performs all duties of a Security Officer, including responding to events, patrolling, and monitoring surveillance. Proficiency in first aid skills is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Security associates, assign tasks, and monitor daily activities
- Assist with performance management, including evaluations and disciplinary processes
- Schedule and ensure coverage for security shifts
- Maintain working knowledge of telephone, camera, and access control systems
- Respond to security events, conduct patrols, and monitor surveillance
- Provide first aid as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of prior security experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- CPR/AED Certification required
- First Aid Certification required

$22.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
