Security Supervisor - 3rd Shift Full Time

About the role

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Shift: Friday – Tuesday
• Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday

Pay

$20.30/hour with bi-weekly pay and daily pay options. Uniforms provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support security officers during the overnight shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and client expectations.
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and shift briefings.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Foster a positive team culture built on Integrity, Respect, Vigilance, and Trust.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients and the communities we serve.

Requirements

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Must be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
