About the role

The Security Superintendent oversees all security operations at the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This includes managing a team of security personnel, overseeing security systems, and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations including patrols, surveillance, and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of security systems and emergency response protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
