Security Specialists- Industrial Security Program

About the role

Security Specialists are needed to provide security guidance and review DD-254s for contract companies supporting a client. Duties include reviewing/approving/declining/additional information in the Contract Management System (CMS), preparing and submitting DD Form 254s, and ensuring compliance with security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Access CMS daily to manage DD Form 254s
• Aid in preparing and submitting DD Form 254s and provide security guidance
• Verify Cage Code, Facility Clearance, and safeguarding level in the Defense Security Service Industrial Security Facility Database
• Liaise with clients and industry partners to ensure compliance with security requirements
• Conduct security briefings and training sessions
• Identify and communicate required security information from solicitations, Statements of Work (SOW), DD-254s, and addendums
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly or TS with potential for SCI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working in DIA is preferred
• Valid PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge certification from IASE, valid within 30 days of hire

Qualifications

• Must have a valid certification of completion in PII and Cyber Awareness Challenge from IASE
