About the role

The 45th Security Forces Squadron at Patrick SFB/Cape Canaveral SFS in sunny Florida is seeking an innovative Security Specialist (Training) to lead the development and execution of training programs for security forces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement training programs for security forces at the installation.
• Design and deliver training courses in a classroom seminar setting.
• Develop course materials and instructional methods, principles, and techniques.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Department of Defense Physical Security Certification (PSC) within 2 years of assignment.
• Knowledge of security forces policies, procedures, and practices.
• Knowledge of overall security forces missions, functions, and structure.
• Ability to instruct training courses in a classroom seminar setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Salary Range is $40,332 - $96,116 Annually based on experience.
