Security Specialist Sr - Red Team

About the role

The universe of red team observations has increased with the addition of fraud and physical red team testing, in addition to the ongoing cyber red team testing. The proposed position would also assist with entry-level, less-sophisticated purple team testing and red team re-tests.

Responsibilities

  • Recording, tracking and dispositioning of Red Team observations and findings needs an owner who can ensure that observations are appropriately recorded, communicated to stakeholders, and transferred to the appropriate stakeholder system of record.
  • Review both past and emerging observations with our governance and risk partners to determine need for attention or escalation based on any risk statements that can be derived from the observations.
  • Communications, writing, and organization skills to be able to produce presentation materials and technical write-ups from red team observations.
  • Experience with red team attack techniques, penetration testing, and coding is desired.

  • Work Experience: Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required.
  • Education: Bachelors.
  • Certifications: No Required Certification(s).
  • Licenses: No Required License(s).

Pay

Base Salary: $112,000.00 – $208,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

Schedule

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
