Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- SHIP AND SITE - Provide Security support under this TO, managing and overseeing all activities to protect classified information.
- Coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF, USN, USMC, and international bed down sites.
- Communicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards.
- Maintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditation.
- Identify security clearance and SAP access requirements.
- Aid in defining facility and infrastructure requirements for F-35 bed down.
- Develop CONUS and OCONUS Facilities Requirements Documents (FRDs).
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in a security-related discipline with 3 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations.
- Available to work before/after typical office hours.
- Independent self-starter, proactive, and professional assertive.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Senior-level knowledge of ICD 705, DoD SAP Manuals, UFC Constitution Criteria, Supply Chain Risk Management, DoD Directives, IC Directives, and NISPOM.
- TS/SCI clearance with Special Access Required (SAR).
- Achieve Industrial Security Oversight Certification (CDSE) within one year of hire.
General Factors
- Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
- Willing to travel, if needed.
- No relocation.
- Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
