Job Skills / Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• May not have any felony convictions and must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
• Must be willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No other major violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances and possibly up and down stairs.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Delivery Access Control - Check in/out semi-truck deliveries at the Guard House using computer software.
• Patrolling - Walk the interior and exterior of the various buildings on site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, or maintenance issues.
• Mobile Patrol - Drive the security vehicle around the site, patrolling parking lots and building exteriors.
• Warehouse Access Control - Ensure the client's employees complete their COVID health screenings. Provide next-step directions depending on results.
• Dispatching - Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency response.
• Monitoring - Accurately and quickly utilize computer-aided software and monitor CCTV system using recording devices.
• Current Opening Control Center - $19.85/hour: Monday & Tuesday, 12AM - 8AM
• Guard House - $18.85/hour: Monday to Friday, 7AM - 3PM Saturday & Sunday, 3PM - 11 PM
