About the role
The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- Act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
- Supervise site operations and SP supervision.
- Be responsible for 3 guards per shift.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
- Able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Licenses and certifications: Valid Driver's License, AU Driver Policy Requirements, C101 Security Experience, C114 Valid Driver's License, C123 Valid Driver's License, WT and AUS Systems Knowledge.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce contract standards, administer site safety programs, and participate in unemployment hearings.
- Able to use scheduling and billing software and produce reports for effective business management.
- Able to enforce Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
- Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
- Able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Able to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
- Able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Pay and Schedule
Payrate: $25.00 Per Hour
SWING SHIFT ONLY.
