About the role

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
  • Act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
  • Supervise site operations and SP supervision.
  • Be responsible for 3 guards per shift.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
  • Able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
  • Licenses and certifications: Valid Driver's License, AU Driver Policy Requirements, C101 Security Experience, C114 Valid Driver's License, C123 Valid Driver's License, WT and AUS Systems Knowledge.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to enforce contract standards, administer site safety programs, and participate in unemployment hearings.
  • Able to use scheduling and billing software and produce reports for effective business management.
  • Able to enforce Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
  • Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
  • Able to lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Able to climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
  • Able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.

  • Previous security and leadership experience.

  • Tech-savvy and customer service-oriented.

Pay and Schedule

Payrate: $25.00 Per Hour

SWING SHIFT ONLY.
