Security Site Supervisor NonUnion - Medical Facility

About the role

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The role involves acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Enforce Contract Standards, administer site safety programs, and ensure compliance with Allied Universal’s policies.
• Participate in unemployment hearings and manage scheduling and billing software.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Licenses and certifications required (subject to state and local laws).
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Driving license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Standing or walking on various surfaces for long periods of time.

Skills

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Capable of enforcing Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos.
