Armed Security Shift Supervisor NonUnion @ Union Site - Medical Facility
Job Description
Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor for a Medical Facility located in Downtown Brooklyn. Positions are available full-time, with work days including Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, and overnight.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 21 years of age
- Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Licenses and certifications: Valid New York State Firearm permit (if not active Law Enforcement), valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Able to: Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat, occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $42.00 per hour, with a weekly pay contract.
