Security Site Supervisor Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all aspects of the security function on-site including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through regular inspections of security personnel and their job performance
• Performance of other operations and related functions such as payroll, review and maintenance of incident reports, and assistance in preparing security surveys and post orders
• Recommendations for personnel actions and productivity/cost reduction
• Physical security surveys and post orders
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions for security personnel

Qualifications (must have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Possession of a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• At least 18 years old, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations quickly and accurately
• Ability to compile, sort, and interpret data
• Ability to research, investigate, compile information
• Ability to mediate conflict with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to write informatively, clearly, and accurately
• Teamwork and attention to detail

Pay & Schedule

Payrate: $22.00 / hour paid WEEKLY with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.
