About the role

The Armed Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer
  • Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
  • Ensure that officers receive appropriate training and development
  • Communicate staffing needs to Operation Manager, including using the Requisition process and interviewing candidates
  • Afford assistance in resolving employee grievances
  • Manage crisis situations at the client site with calmness and efficiency
  • Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management
  • Assure that employees adhere to safety protocols and policies

Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Licenses and certifications are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
  • Able to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Must have 1+ years of security experience
  • Must have great customer service skills
