About the role

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site in Augusta, Georgia. Acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, you will supervise staff, provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate security services on an assigned shift.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved guidelines.
  • Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
  • Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
  • 6+ months of security experience.
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
  • Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
  • For driving positions: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
  • Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites.

Schedule

  • Workdays: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight)
  • Employment Type: Part Time

Pay

Starting base pay: $14.60 per hour. Now offering weekly and/or instant pay options.
