Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed

About the role

The Security Shift Supervisor position at Allied Universal in De Soto, KS is responsible for leading daily security operations, supervising personnel, maintaining a safe environment, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Maintain a secure and safe environment by conducting regular patrols and responding to emergencies
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity
• Document activities and incidents in accordance with company standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of security experience
• Valid driver's license required
• At least 18 years of age
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licenses and certifications as required by state and local laws
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licenses and certifications as required by state and local laws
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently

Pay

$29.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
