Security Shift Supervisor - Grave Shift

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Security Shift Supervisor - Grave Shift position. The ideal candidate must be 21 years of age, have an active driver's license, and six months of security supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the security team on your given shift
• Train new officers
• Manage schedules to ensure zero dark posts during your shift
• Act as a liaison between staff and management
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
• You can provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• You must be 21 years of age
• You must have an active driver's license
• You must have six months of security supervisor experience

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $23.15 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Wednesday- Sunday, 12:00am - 8:30am
