Security Shift Supervisor - Driver's License Required

About the role

The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. Act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Drive company vehicle as required (valid driver’s license and clean driving record mandatory)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Frequent preparation of written reports and logs
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
• Licensing requirements as per state and/or local laws (may be required prior to employment)
• For driving positions: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), and minimum insurance as required by Company policy
• Successful completion of background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow, heat)
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time

Skills

• Security and/or management experience preferred
• Frequent walking/standing
• Moderate technological usage

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Thursday through Monday
