Security Shift Manager - Bossier City

Responsibilities

• Manages programs, processes and procedures to ensure the protection of Louisiana Live! assets, including guest and team member safety and security.
• Reduces and controls loss time injuries through effective communication and implementation of department procedures.
• Develops and implements Security Department training programs.
• Investigates incidents and complaints, compiling data for accurate reports to the Gaming Commission and department heads.
• Completes and investigates first reports on injuries and provides input for performance reviews of supervisors and officers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
• Maintain mental concentration for significant periods.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.
• Physical requirements include moving about a large facility with urgency, standing and walking for extended periods, ascending and descending stairs, working in extreme temperatures, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating various vehicles.
